- Yes, you can select more than one track at a discounted rate. During checkout select your
additional tracks for an added $59.95 per track.
- You can change tracks at any point during your membership. We will check in with you regularly to learn about new symptoms or struggles to properly adjust your testing plan for your included tests.
- You can also manage what and when to track from your Base app.
- Yup, in most cases, you can use your HSA/FSA account to pay for Base tests/membership! Your Base tests are authorized by a physician, so it should fit the guidelines for most HSA/FSA coverage.
- To apply your FSA/HSA, you'll purchase the test by paying out of pocket, or with your FSA/HSA card if you have one directly at checkout. Shoot us a message at info@get-base.com to get a special receipt and send it to your plan, make sure they are submitting it as a wellness test!
- If you are unsure if your plan will cover it, we encourage you to check in with them prior to subscribing or purchasing a test.
You can cancel or downgrade at anytime and you’ll still get to keep all of your data accessible under your account.
A base member will always reach out to you before your next test is shipped.
